Let the mad dash to newsstands begin, because our Fall/Winter 2010 issue is out and dressed to impress! We were lucky enough to land the gorgeous Kylie Bisutti as our Fall cover girl. The Victoria’s Secret model and member of this year’s Maxim’s Top 100 got married in Mexico and you can see the couple’s wedding photos only in Destination I Do.
This issue is catered towards the needs and wants of our readers more than ever before. My favorite is our “What’s Your Wedding Style?” spread. Not only can destination brides gain some direction (no pun intended), but we’ve got gorgeous real weddings to serve as examples. I always thought, looking at beautiful wedding after beautiful wedding, “How will I ever decide what my wedding should look like?” Well, folks, I’m happy to say that my wedding style is “rustic chic.” Each style example is more beautiful than the rest and there’s still something for every bride.
Speaking of style, our Fall/Winter issue has inside some of our favorite accessories for brides this season. Not only that, but they’re accessories and dresses which are made to order. You can find our examples and many like them available online--cutting out some of the shopping stress. We recommend dresses which are trendy right now with rosettes and flawless draping.
Already married? No problem, because we feature not only weddings, but destinations. Whether you’re contemplating where to go on your honeymoon or are looking to take a minimoon, we’ve got gorgeous suggestions all over the country. Our readers can always rest assured that they can take our word. Every destination we feature has been visited by a member of our staff, so you know it’s worth its weight in gold.
Our real weddings are typically our reader’s favorite part of the magazine. Well, I can honestly say that this issue doesn’t disappoint. We’ve captured some of the most beautiful weddings we’ve featured to-date. We’ve got the ever-popular beachside weddings as well as nuptials set as far away as Switzerland. Ever seen a life-size motorcycle made entirely out of cake? Well, you can here with the CEO of GoDaddy’s wedding.
As I said before, our goal as a publication is not simply to put out a beautiful magazine (although that is a big part of it). We want to provide brides with a valuable resource for planning their wedding away. While having a destination wedding can sometimes be thought of as more complicated and stressful than a hometown affair, really all you need is a little direction and someone to tell you you’re headed down the right road. We at Destination I Do hope to be that added comfort and resource for making your big day the best it can be. Hopefully our Fall/Winter issue does just that.
You can find our latest issue at Barnes & Noble, select Borders and other fine book retailers. We're published in 14 countries world-wide. Can’t find one close? No problem, it’s a simple step to subscribe on our site. A couple of clicks and Destination I Do will be whisked away to your doorstep.
