Weddings are one of those occasions where it’s sometimes really difficult to know what to wear. What’s going to be appropriate? You don’t want to be overdressed, but is it worse to be underdressed? Because the wedding season is brewing (hello spring and summer!) we thought we would provide a little guide to go by. While destination weddings are obviously our cup of tea, we’ve provided ideas for all other types of weddings as well – from Vegas to black tie.

Our resource for wedding day looks was EDressMe.com. This web site is super helpful not only because of the insane selection, but if you’ve had trouble finding something in-store they’re guaranteed to have something here for you. It’s not only a good resource as a wedding guest, but as a bridesmaid and bride. You can search the site by color, design, occasion or designer.

EDressMe.com even has wedding dresses. Search by designer and even by the destination wedding category (see some picks below). Wedding designers include Nicole Miller, Love Yu, Liz Fields, Theia and others. As a bride, this is also a great place to look for your bridesmaids. No matter what style, color or feel you’re going for – EdressMe.com can give you some great direction.

This is also a great place to look for w-day accessories; I love this fab rhinestone clutch by Nicole Miller or statement necklace also by Nicole Miller. The site features accessories and dresses by the following designers, to name a few: BCBG Maxazria, Betsey Johnson, Nicole Miller, Badgley Mischka, Cynthia Rowley, French Connection and Tadashi. So, without further a-do, here’s our style guide to a bevy of spring/summer weddings. Happy shopping!
