A Stunning Massachusetts Wedding Caught on TapeWords by Courtney Kellar Words by Courtney Cox
We have a treat for you today in the form of an amazing real-life wedding film. Nicolina and Luke are a beautiful couple who pulled off an even more stunning destination wedding in Lenox, Massachusetts. The setting: the rustic barn and rolling green hills of Stonover Farm. Nicolina grew up on a small farm in Connecticut and always knew she wanted to get married in a similar setting.
The couple spent 4 years living apart after graduating from college; Nicolina began her professional career in New York City and Luke in Washington D.C. Hundreds of train trips later, Luke got down on one knee in the middle of Grand Central Station and asked Nicolina to spend the rest of her life with him. (Click here to see photos of the big moment!) The couple agreed to stick together for life, no matter where the trip took them.
The wedding reception took place in a Dutch style barn that dates back to the 1890’s. The couple danced the night away with their nearest and dearest. After a romantic two week honeymoon in Bali, Nicolina and Luke settled in Washington D.C. and “look forward to falling out of favor with Amtrak.”
Thanks to Parris Whittingham for sharing this gorgeous and touching wedding film with us and we hope it inspires you future destination brides out there!
