If there is anyone that knows how much nausea can absolutely ruin a good time, it’s me. Most times I take a Dramamine and hope it kicks in quickly, but that doesn’t always do the trick, especially when I’m in a car. If you are anything like me and get nauseous easily, chances are you’ve worried it might interfere with the fun of your pre-wedding events or destination wedding itself. That’s why when Reliefband reached out to us about their revolutionary new product that helps prevent and treat nausea drug-free, I had to give it a try.

As an industry leader in wearable nausea prevention technology for more than 20 years, Reliefband is certainly not new to the world of nausea treatment. Their products use neuromodulation technology – okay, now I know that’s a big medical term and it didn’t make sense to me at first either, so I’ll allow the makers to explain.

“Reliefband’s FDA-cleared, patented technology uses accurately programmed pulses with a highly specific waveform, frequency, and intensity to stimulate the median nerve on the underside of the wrist,” states a Reliefband press release. “This precise activity uses the body’s natural neural pathways to block waves of nausea produced by the stomach.”

Neat, right? Reliefband’s latest technology offers nausea relief in a wearable watch-like band much like their past products, but this one has added features that make it invaluable to have during your wedding activities.

“With Reliefband Sport,” Rich Ransom, President and CEO, at Reliefband says, “we went even further by introducing an all-new waterproof model that provides 30 hours of use on a full charge. The Sport model’s flex-fit comfort band can also be customized with a variety of interchangeable bands, all while still delivering the same all-natural, long-lasting nausea prevention and treatment that Reliefband is known for.”

Effective for motion sickness, physician-diagnosed migraines, hangovers, anxiety, morning sickness, chemotherapy, and post-operative nausea – purchasing this product for your wedding celebrations will be an investment enjoyed long after your nuptials.
