Endless sunshine, towering palm trees and pristine white beaches made The Sunshine State an ideal wedding destination for midwesterners, Ally and Joshua.
Yearning for a tropical wonderland, the couple opted to say their “I do’s” at The Addison, a historic venue that pairs top-of-the-line accommodations in an outdoor setting.
“Their award-winning cuisine provided for a beautiful evening that proved to be extraordinary in every way,” Ally said.
Choosing a venue thousands of miles away, recruiting a wedding planner knowledgeable about the area was a must. That’s when Ally and Joshua found their perfect match in Jennifer Matteo.
“Her knowledge, talent, and creative team provided a wedding that far exceeded in every way,’’ the bride said.
Leading up to the trip, the couple presented their guests with an itinerary and a helpful travel logistics page on their wedding website.
A bright orange color palette and rustic backdrop suited the couple’s vision of starting forever in a unique tropical setting–something they say would not have been possible in their home state of Kansas. And on a dreamy day filled with romance and smiles, Ally and Joshua celebrated their love surrounded by their closest loved ones.
For couples planning their ultimate dream destination wedding, bride Ally offers up some advice for an easy-going wedding celebration. “Create a vision for your wedding, it’s a once in a lifetime experience.’’
