As you prepare for your walk down the aisle, odds are you’re ramping up your fitness routine to look your absolute best come W-Day. Getting in shape isn’t always fun or easy, so it’s smart to have the best resources at your fingertips. Fitness tracking devices by Fitbit, Garmin and other brands have become really popular in the past few years. We’ve found a new brand of fitness tracker that is designed specifically for women and might just be the help you’ve been looking for in taking your fitness to the next level. Mira is a fashionable bracelet that doubles as a fitness tracker. Meant to be a design-forward product that you will actually want to wear, Mira tracks your steps, elevation, distance and calories.

It’s a good thing that Mira is fashionable and discreet because the more you wear it, the more helpful it is. As you wear your Mira, it gathers data about your daily activity to give you “boosts” and suggestions to help keep you on track and achieve your goals. Another perk about Mira is that you can wear it as a bracelet to make a fashion statement or pop out the center “opal” to track your stats more discreetly. You can clip the opal to your jeans pocket or even your bra strap. It can also be swapped between bracelets to mix up the color. Mira is made of surgical-grade stainless steel that has been color-treated to give the materials its luster. Bracelet colors include “Heart of Gold,” “Hot Chocolate,” “Polished Jetsetter,” “Satin Rosé All Day” and “Polished Rosé All Day.”

So, what makes Mira different from other fitness trackers on the market? Here’s what the brand has to say:

-       Our app offers personal suggestions, boost and feedback relevant to you and your preferences.

-       Our bracelet is beautiful, so you’re motivated to wear it more often and to more places.

-       The opal is removable, so you can clip it on your shirt when you go to the gym or want to change your look.

-       The app shows your data in easy to understand ways, providing insights around your activity and motivational messages that inspire you to  move.

-       The device has an LED display that shows your stats as well as the time of day, so you can view your stats on-the-go and also wear your Mira as a watch.

The Mira app works in conjunction with your bracelet/opal to help you understand your activity patterns and keep you inspired to do something healthy every day. The Mira app is free to download with the purchase of a Mira smart bracelet and is available on the Apple App Store and the Android Store on Google play. The app is compatible with the following devices: iPhone (4S and above), iPad (3rd Generation and above), iPad Mini, iPod Touch (5th Generation and above), iOS 7 and above, and Android 4.4 and above. A Mira bracelet is $169 and you can also get the “bundle” for $248 in which you can choose two bracelets in different colors. If you decide you want another setting in a different color down the line, they’re sold separately for $99 each. We were sent a Mira for review and were impressed by both the quality and the appearance of the bracelet. Visit mymirafit.com for more information or to pick out your own Mira fitness bracelet.
