Known for high-class living, numerous posh shops, cutting-edge culinary experiences and world-class resorts, it isn’t hard to see why Scottsdale, Arizona is a popular location for bachelor and bachelorette parties as well as destination weddings. If you are lucky enough to host your nuptial celebrations in the Valley of the Sun, take time to experience all that Blue Clover Distillery has to offer.
As you may or may not know, Destination I Do is based in Phoenix, so when we heard about this small-batch distillery not so far from home, we had to try it out. With its tasting room conveniently located on one of Scottsdale’s main streets, Blue Clover Distillery takes every step to ensure the highest quality spirits in a relaxed locale. Using purified water, prime corn crop, copper stills and charcoal filtration – each bottle of their gluten-free spirits is made with you (the customer) in mind.

This unique distillery is no newbie when it comes to hosting parties either. Whether it’s your welcome dinner, bachelor/bachelorette party, etc. – Blue Clover’s indoor/outdoor dining makes for the perfect enjoying the perfect temperatures in Fall and Winter (the best times to visit Scottsdale).
If it’s your destination wedding that brings you to this lovely oasis in the Sonoran desert, Blue Clover Distillery can bring their quality spirits to you in one of the chicest and most Instagrammable mobile bars. A converted horse trailer called “Little Blue,” and this bar on wheels offers handcrafted, farm-to-table cocktails made with Blue Clover’s own vodka and gin. Our personal favorite is the “Scottsdale Sunset,” their version of an Aperol Spritz made with Blue Clover Grapefruit Vodka, lemon, aperol, prosecco and lavender bitters.
Want to create your own signature cocktails for the special day? Work with the distillery’s veteran bartenders to create a one-of-a-kind cocktail including one or more of Blue Clover’s seven spirit infusions.
