New Wedding Fitness App

Planning a wedding comes with lots of different variables and processes. On top of planning and organizing for the big day, brides and grooms often seek ways to bump up their health and fitness to get wedding day ready.

Jillian Michaels released a new fitness app, My Fitness by Jillian Michaels, which offers a variety of fully interactive and customized daily workouts. Better yet, the app has a “Wedding Warrior” feature directed towards couples wanting to look their best for their trip down the aisle.

The Wedding Warrior program is six weeks long and includes 20 different workouts that range from 40-minute strength days to 25-minute cardio days. It has quickly become one of the most popular “bridal boot camp apps.”

The app also features customizable meal plans with guidelines, recipes, menus, shopping lists and even tips for dining out. The customizable meal plans also work around dietary needs and restrictions.

Once you’ve started your 6-week plan you have access to a progress tracker on the app where you can track your weight, workouts, calories burned, calories consumed and more.
