When planning your destination wedding, most soon-to-be newlyweds would opt to take the most financially savvy route. It’s no surprise that a wedding is an investment, but that doesn’t mean that couples want to take away from the magic of their day.

To aide in your wedding planning needs, The Knot has officially launched their own concierge wedding service.

The Knot Concierge is a completely free service that uses cutting-edge technology combined with the best local area experts to help couples find the right vendors for their wedding day needs. 

During beta testing, The Knot Concierge booked 1,000 couples’ venues for them, and is now officially launched with 30 markets across the nation. Using this service, you can find excellent venue recommendations, schedule tours of various venues and the pricing.

The venue costs can make up about 50 percent of the wedding budget, but when couples book through The Knot Concierge, The Knot provides wedding insurance for up to $27,000 at no cost to the couple.

This wedding insurance not only covers the venue, but will also cover wedding gifts, the bride’s gown, jewelry and photography.

While planning your vows using the service, couples can easily connect with the concierge service through email, texting and live chat.

For couples that may not be swapping vows in their own town, this service is a great and easy way to find a venue in a new destination.

This program plans to expand past their initial 30 U.S. markets in the coming months, and also plans on having the concierge service expand throughout the entire planning process. Eventually, The Knot Concierge will help couples plan more of their wedding vendors, including selecting photographers, bands, DJs and beyond.
