According to Kleinfeld, ruffles are in! Dresses with ruffled skirts are both playful and elegant. If you’re a bride that wants less weight, you may be seeking a dress with a crepe skirt. “This is one of the most popular fabrics today for the effortless bride who doesn’t want the fuss of a heavy wedding dress. Chic, simple and timeless- crepe is the perfect go-to,” says Kleinfeld.
For the bride that wants a detailed dress and jaw-dropping appearance, seek one with chiffon godets. Another popular wedding gown feature is nude lining. “Line your dress with nude fabric and give the illusion that you’re showing off some skin- you’ll keep your guests guessing all night,” says Kleinfeld.

Scotland Fall Fashion

Can you imagine saying “I do” in a place more romantically named than the Isle of Skye? Located in the Highlands of Scotland, our talented vendor team took inspiration from the sprawling landscape. More specifically, the Quiraing on the Eastern coast of Skye served as the backdrop for a “moody and magical” photo shoot. It is here that the island’s mountainous interior combines with the rugged coast to create a breathtaking scene worthy of any nuptial celebration. The natural surroundings provided not only the source for gorgeous floral arrangements, but inspiration for the talented Kristy Rice of Momental Designs. Only the finest, handcrafted details would do for such a setting. Artistry and natural beauty go hand-in-hand to create this “Scotland: Magic on the Isle of Skye” photo shoot.
