Destination wedding venues include the magnificent Grand Cascades Lodge. Perched atop a sweeping crest, the Lodge boasts some of the most spectacular panoramic mountain views in the tri-state area. This Adirondack-style masterpiece features the sophisticated 300-seat Emerald Ballroom, an open-air Rotunda overlooking the scenic Kittatinny and Pochuck Mountains. Outdoors, an impressive series of interconnected natural pools with whirlpools, fountains, and waterfalls surround the exterior, enhanced by a mountaintop wedding garden with lush landscaping, flower gardens, and bird sanctuary.

Minerals Resort and Spa has invested half a million dollars to redesign their venues for wedding and catered events. The Diamond Ballroom has been unveiled as an updated, modern, and elegant setting, reminiscent of early “Hollywood Glam.” The transformation includes the addition of a stylish reception area complete with hardwood floors, leather couches, a beautiful built-in bar, and crystal chandeliers to add a sophisticated touch. Ballyowen Golf Club embodies the Celtic feel of Ireland. Begin with a magical outdoor ceremony and accompaniment by the bagpiper, dressed in full regalia. Exchange vows atop 250 beautiful sprawling acres, surrounded by rolling farmland, craggy knolls, plunging quarries, tall wheat-yellow native grasses, and plush green golf course fairways. The magnificent stone Clubhouse and Pavilion embody an old-world design, decorated in dark woods and featuring a cathedral ceiling, circular bar, and large stone fireplace offering kaleidoscopic mountain views and breathtaking sunsets.
