Whether you want to recall romantic memories by replicating these tastes back home, or introduce your guests to the local flavor by offering a unique cocktail during your destination wedding, we’ve asked the libation experts at The Grand Bevy to share some of their own creations inspired by some of the most beautiful corners of the earth.
Tamarind Tiger - Thailand/East Asia
1 oz Rum
.5 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz The Grand Bevy Tamarind Block Reduction
Sugar & Cinnamon coated rim
Nutmeg sprinkle
Anise Seed Star
Shaken and dumped into a rocks or martini glass rimmed with sugar and cinnamon and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
Peared Together - Costa Rica
1 oz Silver Dry Gin
.5 oz Blanca Vermouth
.5 oz The Grand Bevy All Spice Pear Reduction
25 Year-Old Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Pear Slice
Shaken over ice with a drizzle of balsamic on the pear slice.
Rosemary's Delight - Italy
.75 oz Vodka
.25 oz Champagne
Sugar
.5 oz Lemon Juice
The Grand Bevy Rosemary Reduction
Shaken and strained with a float of Champagne.
Lavender Luscious - France
1 oz Vodka
.75 oz The Grand Bevy Lavender Reduction
.5 oz St. Germain
.5 oz Lemon Juice
Shaken and strained with a float of St. Germain.
The GB Bite - Mexico
1 oz Tequila
.5 oz Green Chartreuse
Muddled Jalapeño
Pineapple Juice
Muddle jalapeño together with vodka. Shake all ingredients on ice and tea strain on a large cube of ice.
