Warm Weather Romantic Travel ItemsWords by Lauren Ertl
If you’ve planned a honeymoon or wedding in a year-round warm-weather destination, there are items you won’t want to leave behind. You can thank us later (wink).
First of all, a cute bag that can carry sunscreen, a swimsuit and a change of clothes is a must. There are plenty of great beach bags out there, but why not get something you can use for years to come? (After all, these items apply to anniversary warm weather travel too!)
Soraya Hennessy is a company committed to advancing the economic rights of indigenous women in Colombia and Venezuela. Through offering waged two times industry average for their art, Soraya empowers Wayuu women to become entrepreneurs themselves, as well as encouraging innovation and providing education and training to them and their families. Soraya also makes sure to meet with her artisans whenever she can and knows the creator of each bag personally. Wouldn’t it be cool to own a gorgeous bag and support these talented women in their business?

A flowy pant not only makes the perfect swimsuit coverup – especially when worn with a cute onesie suit – but, they also double as an ideal outfit for staying cool whilst milling around the local market. Forget the little black dress when you’re in paradise. Bring an angelic beachy look to the occasion. A little white dress is where its at! Last, but certainly not least is the oh-so-wonderful bralette. To be honest, the number one reason for taking this little number along is because they are so dang comfortable, and the straps don’t look tacky like another bra might. The added bonus of bringing along a strappy bralette? Well, let’s just defer to our comment before.
That’s it! Trust us, you’ll be so thankful you did when you are enjoying your time in paradise with your “forever.”
