It’s hard to believe, but it’s that time again – time for a new cover of Destination I Do! Much like a kid on Christmas morning, we look forward to the launch date of a new issue with feverish excitement. After months of hard work, worldwide travels and countless creative adventures, we introduce our Winter 2016 issue! Inside you’ll find the same wonderful content as our Fall 2015 issue: Honeymoon Hideaways, Ask the Expert, Adventures in Etiquette, Fashion Forward and, of course, Real Weddings – just to name a few.

Our Winter 2016 cover features real-life destination wedding bride Elisa basking in the soft light of Sayulita, Mexico. Her gorgeous L’ezu Bridal Atelier gown and BHLDN jeweled hairpiece make her a true vision. Her romantic bouquet is by Francisco Salazar of Vodax Flores Detalle de Lujo. The talented photographer for the couple’s wedding and this photo was Stephanie Williams with This Modern Romance. Elisa’s boho, beach destination wedding is also featured in the current issue and can be found on page 103. For more information on what you’ll find between our glossy covers, keep reading!

As always, we’ve scoured the globe for the latest and greatest destinations in which to celebrate one of the most important days of your life. Discover places to say “I do” via our Charming Treks and Tempting Travels sections including destinations such as Thailand, Belgium, Africa, Mexico and British Columbia. Our Honeymoon Hideaways section is exotic as ever with features about French Polynesia, Rome, Argentina, Uruguay and Bali. Whether you want to set sail into a Moorea sunset or sip Argentinian wines to celebrate your recent nuptials, DID has you covered!

For the fashion fans, our Fashion Forward section features both a destination spotlight and round-up of some of the tastiest treats. For Destination Inspiration: Greece, we were inspired by this iconic destinations’ light, land and sea to bring you wedding-inspired fashion. When it comes time to design your cake, take a peek at our Ten Sweet Takes on Cakes article for a round-up of some of our favorite cakes!

If you’re hungry for more than cake, we also have lots of helpful tips and tricks for planning your dream destination wedding or honeymoon. In our Adventures in Etiquette section, we highlight the in’s and out’s of second weddings and vow renewals. Walking down the aisle a second time sometimes comes with its own set of etiquette issues. The Honeymoonist is also back with the latest and greatest from the City of Love: Paris. For couples considering both a destination wedding and hometown reception, be sure to check-out this issue’s Guest Book. This couple pulled off not only an amazing destination wedding in Spain, but a feisty fiesta of a hometown reception in Southern California in The Best of Both Worlds.

Never forgotten is our Real-Life Weddings section. A crowd favorite, the Winter 2016 issue doesn’t disappoint with a wide variety of destinations and styles. Witness wedding success with familial sweetness in Scotland, trend-setting details in Thailand, Southwest flair in Arizona, streamlined chic in Florida, island vibes in Hawaii, floral fantasies in North Carolina and a boho beach celebration in Mexico.

This is just a sampling of what you’ll find between the covers of our Winter 2016 issue. To get the whole scoop, be sure to pick up a copy at your local Barnes & Noble, Target, Safeway, some of the U.S.’s major airports and select newsstands. Can’t wait? Visit our website to order your issue today and we’ll deliver it straight to your doorstep!

As always, we at Destination I Do Magazine would like to take a moment to thank each and every person who helped to make this new issue what it is! From our real wedding couples, to the talented photographers and creative contributors, thanks for helping us to continue to inspire destination wedding couples and romantic travelers the world over!
