One of the hotel’s crown jewels is Cuvée restaurant, under the helm of Executive Chef, Isaac Olivo, who worked at Manhattan’s Michelin 3-star Jean-Georges and the Forbes Five-Star hotel The Peninsula New York. Inside the plush dining room, you can enjoy a four- or seven-course tasting menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, including fresh herbs and produce from the inn’s garden. Alternatively, you and yours can enjoy a bespoke 10-plus course dinner at the private Chef’s Table (available November-May). Wine pairings are available for all menus.
