One of the most anticipated memories associated with blissful nuptials for a bride is her bachelorette party – and not just one night. Tradition has trickled into an entire weekend in a far away land. Well, perhaps not that far, but a suitcase is definitely required. Las Vegas is hands-down one of the top destinations for a posse of gals to frolic off to, leaving the real world behind for 48 hours. The possibilities of fun and mischief are endless in Sin City, so I’m sharing my top Vegas bachelorette party ideas. From dining and entertaining to sleeping (if you make it to bed), we’ve got your perfect bachelorette Vegas weekend mapped out!

Home Base

Although you and your gal group may not plan on slumbering the weekend away, you need a place to store your bags and primp for your nights out on the town. Designed with the affluent traveler in mind, every room inside The Venetian and sister property The Palazzo are suites featuring a sunken living room and luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. Nothing wrong with a little lavish splurging for a once-in-a-lifetime occasion. And did I mention the designer shop ‘til you drop options at the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Palazzo? Ladies looking for high-end shopping can peruse The Shoppes at The Palazzo, which is anchored by a flagship, 85,000-square-foot Barneys New York and features more than 60 luxury boutiques. It’s perhaps the mecca of all shopping experiences.

Another go-to hotel for bachelorette parties is the ARIA Sky Suites. The AAA Five Diamond retreat sits high above the Las Vegas Strip offering state-of-the-art amenities, incredible views, personalized assistance, a private pool and easy access to some of the city’s most enticing offerings.

And we can’t leave The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas off the list. The oversized residential-style living spaces are perfect for those in-room lingerie showers; some of the suites are even three-stories tall. You’ll have no trouble packing in the whole bridal party.

A Gal’s Got to Have Sustenance

For any girls’ getaway, the dining experiences are often the main attraction. Vegas has oodles of culinary odysseys to delight any palette. Chica at The Venetian Las Vegas made its debut in spring 2017 delivering the robust and vibrant flavors of Latin-influenced cuisine, combined with an eclectic wine and mixology program. Talk about Insta story-worthy material ladies!

Another trusty go-to is Libertine Social, which centers on the experience of social dining. So don’t be shy in this eatery. Nestled in the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, the American fare menu boasts a variety of gourmet toasts and dips, flatbreads, personalized sausage boards and more, allowing the gals to mix and mingle with other fellow visitors.

Perhaps one of the most famous restaurants, Beauty & Essex, has found a second home in Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Originating from New York, signature dishes include grilled cheese smoked bacon and tomato soup dumplings. There’s nothing like delicious comfort food to complete any girls’ get-together.

And since it’s a girly weekend, we have to mention Giada De Laurentiis’ first restaurant, GIADA. GIADA is located at The Cromwell and offers guests photo-worthy views of the Strip, signature dishes and a warm and inviting atmosphere, all of which is a reflection of De Laurentiis’ vision.

Sippin’ on Some Bubbles

Champagne is basically synonymous with any marital celebration. And there’s nothing dry about Vegas. Bubbles, sips, potions, you name it and it will be flowing all day and all night. What goes hand-in-hand with the perfect cocktail? The perfect view. Skyfall Lounge atop Delano Las Vegas offers 180-degree views of the city. And did we mention the bustling nightlife experience that gradually increases in tempo as the night progresses?

Surrounded by two million beaded crystals, The Chandelier is a sparkling venue that serves as the complete exclamation point to end any evening. Handcrafted libations are poured in this multi-story venue with three bars and an art exhibit, nestled inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Oh the Entertainment, Darling

No boys allowed, except for the Backstreet Boys or Magic Mike. “Backstreet Boys: Larger Than Life,” inside The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino is dripping with nostalgic feels and is the perfect way to start the evening…belting out beloved favorites from your childhood. And, if you fancy a bit more naughty extracurricular activity, the Magic Mike Live Las Vegas show will surely do the trick at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Created and directed by Channing Tatum, this all male cast puts on a show that will make any bride blush.

A little more artsy, Absinthe combines cabaret and acrobatics in this provocative adults-only variety show. Once inside the show’s big top circus tent at Caesars Palace, guests are transported to a fantasy world, intermixed with carnival-themed spectacles.

For an activity to purify the mind, body and soul, “Yoga in the Skyis the perfect choice to rejuvenate. Inside the world’s tallest observation wheel, the High Roller at The LINQ, this involves a one-hour yoga session (two rotations) with an instructor from Silent Savasana. Your bachelorette party will be guided through the zen situation by wearing a headset, with music and the instructor’s voice. This technique allows riders to have a more individualized, soothing and focused session, while taking in sweeping views of the Las Vegas Strip and skyline.
