Bu,t he was seriously disappointed with the quality when they arrived. When he tried to return them, he had a bad experience with the storeowner, which gave him an idea. He thought, “What would happen if I could create some beautifully designed products, treat customers really nicely, and sell gifts that I knew people would be proud to give to their nearest and dearest?” And Swanky Badger was born. Hanratty has gone on to grow Swanky Badger into a go-to place for manly and meaningful personalized gifts.
