Feeling and looking your best for your destination wedding is important for most. Now, don’t get us wrong, here at Destination I Do, we don’t believe that you need to lose weight or do some crazy, “shedding for the wedding” diet to achieve that. Your partner fell in love with you as you are, so don’t change! However, some might want to brighten their smile or find a fun outfit that fits their destination for one of their other celebrations during the wedding weekend. The patches contain microscopic needles that gently penetrate the skin’s surface, helping to enhance collagen production, improve overall skin texture and tone, and diminish visible signs of aging. Smooth out wrinkles, diminish dark spots, redness, and dullness, all in one use. Each pack costs $280 and contains four sets of patches, designed to be worn for 1-3 hours or overnight for best results. I used them twice and saw immediate results. 

Vitamins + Collagen = A Better You

I’ve been hearing about collagen for some time now and haven’t yet jumped on the bandwagon. So when I received a box of Revive Collagen Enhanced Plus, I was eager to check it out. These packets are filled with a blend of 10,000 MG of Type 1 hydrolyzed marine collagen, all your essential daily vitamins, plus added beauty and rejuvenating ingredients like Retinol. The supplement can be added to water or fresh juice, or taken straight from the packet. I went with the latter and, although it’s not a treat, a quick water chaser does the trick. You should start seeing results in 6-8 weeks. $54.99 for a two-week supply.

Face Massages On The Go

Crafted from 24-karat gold, the Jillian Dempsey Gold Bar is a vibrating facial bar designed to mimic the effects of a professional massage, promoting lymphatic drainage, reducing puffiness, and enhancing skin tone. The gentle vibrations help to lift and sculpt your face, leaving your skin looking firmer and more youthful with consistent use. Similar to gua sha or other facial massage techniques, the Jillian Dempsey Gold Bar is in many ways easier to use for novices and small enough to pack with you wherever you go. Using a serum along with it will enhance your experience. $195

Finally! A GOOD Natural Deodorant

Natural deodorants are not all created equal. I’ve found that many of them need to be reapplied throughout the day or just don’t work at all. We were able to try out all three of Hygiene Hero’s deodorant scents and loved them all. Free of dyes, chemicals, aluminum, baking soda and perfect for sensitive skin, the Mandarin Bliss fragrance was our favorite. $48 for the Super Deo 3 Pack. 

Brighten Your Best Accessory

Brightening your smile is one of the best investments you can make. If you want to do it gradually and naturally, the line of Lumineux whitening products is a great option. They have everything from a whitening mouthwash, toothpastes, and whitening strips. We saw the biggest change using the whitening strips on a regular schedule. Within a couple of weeks, my teeth were a shade or two brighter. One tip if using the whitening strips: make sure to use a paper towel or dry washcloth to remove any saliva from your teeth to get the strips to stay in place. The best part about them, they’re great for people who have sensitive teeth.

Acne? Never Heard of Her

LilySilk offers beautiful designs (a perfect fit for any shape) ideal for your more casual honeymoon or destination wedding weekend outings like a historical walking tour in Rome or a sunset sail in autumn. The silk charmeuse texture is light and soft, giving both sophistication and comfort. Our two favorite pieces were the tailored silk shirt for $140 and safari silk pants for $169. 

Dreamy Dresses

Petal & Pup have just added to their Modern Romance collection with new styles and they’re perfect for either a rehearsal dinner party, welcome cocktails or even for the bridesmaids. With all kinds of styles to choose from, our favorites were the Annabelle Halter Neck Midi Dress, the Ashton Midi Dress and the Novella Midi Dress. All are less than $150, so a great price point – especially for bridesmaids.

Hamptons Style – Brazilian Designer

Amissima is a Brazilian clothing brand with a flare for the traditional. Sleek silhouettes that flatter basically any shape, their classic clothes are expertly crafted with the best materials. With sustainability at the forefront of their brand, each piece is thoughtful and fun. Exposed zippers, dresses with pockets and accessories accompany many of their designs like the Julieta Midi Dress ($320), making this designer a favorite. 

Versatile Swimwear

No honeymoon or wedding weekend is complete without a fun pool ensemble. The Baiia four-piece swimsuit is incredibly multifunctional. It includes four pieces that can be mixed and matched to create different looks, so you can wear a new swimsuit every day without packing a ton of different sets. And although it’s a bikini, the bottoms are high-waisted and the top comes down far enough it can pass as a one-piece. Pieces range in price from $100-$140. 

Everyday Jewelry Cleaner

Safe on all types of jewelry, Shinery is meant to replace your hand soap so you can clean and moisturize your hands, all while keeping your engagement ring sparkling. For a super dazzling diamond, take an extra moment to focus on cleaning your ring while you’re at the sink. The Ultimate Phone Case

This one is great for stylish travel, but it is also the perfect gift for your wedding party. Bandolier cases are among a higher price point ($98 for most styles), but the quality is well worth the splurge. With extras like cross-body straps, built-in mini wallets and chain wristlets, this phone case goes way beyond just protecting your device. We tried out the Emma in black leather and are hard-pressed to try out other styles because we loved this one so much.
