Today’s inspirational post is for all who have an affinity for the land of romance: Italy! Photographer, Hunter Hennes, so beautifully captured this styled shoot workshop hosted by AMV Retreats, when we first laid eyes on it, we knew we just had to share it with our future brides and grooms. Whether you’re planning a destination wedding in Italy or perhaps elsewhere that has strong Tuscan vibes (check out this styled shoot from a popular venue in Texas), you’ll surely want to fire up the Pinterest machine for this one.

This shoot at Villa Cetinale featured a classic Tuscan wedding design with olive branches, lemons, and touches of soft blue tones throughout the decor. “Our ceremony set-up featured the stunning staircase of the villa dripped in greenery and florals with cypress trees lining the aisle,” Hennes explains. The reception table incorporated a curved design wrapped around the side pathway of the villa, leading to the front of the villa where a classic car drove the bride and groom away for a grand exit!

“You would have thought this team of vendors had known each other for years how harmoniously they worked together. The day was flawlessly executed by this talented team,” Hennes says.

The dessert display featured a stunning cake design by a local Tuscan bakery, limoncello bottles, and fresh-cut lemons adorning the entire set-up, even suspended from delicate gold vessels floating from above.

The bride wore a stunning Amsale Fall ’22 gown complete with a statement headpiece by Megan Therese Couture to complete this look with the perfect balance of modesty and glamour.

“My favorite part of the shoot was feeling inspired,” Hennes says. “This shoot felt fresh and gave me new ideas. I loved that about it.”
