Eternal beauty, ravishing ocean waters and striking surrounding landscapes made the biggest Mexico tourist attraction an ideal wedding destination for bride and groom, Megan and Ross.
Longing for an oceanview extravaganza, the couple opted to say their “I do’s” at the Esperanza Resort, a stunning cliffside venue that serves top-of-the-line accommodations in an outdoor setting.
“We always pictured getting married on the water in Mexico,” says the bride. “We also felt strongly about having our wedding in Cabo because we both grew up along the Texas-Mexico border.”
When it came to planning the most important day of their lives, the couple left most of the preparations to wedding planners, Emmanuel and Gabriela of Vivid Occasions.
“They were awesome and really brought our vision to life, our planners made the process so smooth,” says Megan. “ Even from hundreds of miles away, we had great communication.”
The couple chose not to include any do-it-yourself projects into their celebration.” Any DIY project would have been a challenge to transport from a distance.” Ross said. Leaving their wedding decor plan to Emmanuel and Gabriela.
Leading up to the wedding, the bride and groom helped their guests’ travel plans by coordinating COVID-19 testing prior to their flights, so there would be little to no hassle for them. Guests were also provided an itinerary and welcoming card, thanking them for attending the beautiful ceremony.
A marvelous gray and blue color theme and a beautiful oceanside backdrop made for the couple’s vision of beginning forever in a special seaside setting. Come wedding day, Megan and Ross celebrated their eternal love surrounded by their closest family and friends.
In order to make your ultimate dream destination wedding happen, the bride Megan leaves you with this wise advice:
“When taking on a destination wedding, you’re committing to essentially planning a vacation for all of your loved ones. It’s not always just the wedding and rehearsal dinner, we felt like we had to have our guests entertain their entire stay and that aspect of it was pretty daunting. This is why good planners are absolutely essential, they’ll think of all the small things you never considered.
