Choosing a photographer is one of the most important decisions you’ll make when planning your destination wedding. After you’ve paid hard-earned dollars to capture the day of your dreams, you’re most likely going to want to display those gorgeous photos around your home or gift them to loving family members. Lots of photographers offer professional prints or wedding albums, but they can be pricey and don’t always include framing. A great alternative to consider is Livestock Framing. It’s a custom framing service that operates entirely online.

Every piece is hand-crafted using gallery-quality frames in Portland, Oregon. If you’re looking to get some of your wedding or honeymoon pictures professionally framed, the options can sometimes be overwhelming. Livestock simplifies the process by offering four frame colors, six sizes and three steps to order online. Best of all, photo touch-ups and shipping are always free. If you’re worried that sunset photo might be a tad too dark or a portrait is too bright, Livestock Framing will have one of their experts touch it up before printing (but only if you want them to). Their expert printer can adjust the color, sharpness and contrast of each image to ensure your photo looks its best, whether it was taken on a high-end camera or with your smart phone.

Here’s the breakdown for each and every custom piece: the wood frames are contemporary, each photo gets a custom-cut mat, they’re mounted using acid-free foam, and are covered with a UV-protective acrylic to help preserve your image for years to come. We tried out Livestock Framing’s service and were impressed with the quality of printing, packaging and framing. I chose a photo I’ve wanted printed and framed for years, but wasn’t sure whether the photo would turn out blurry and too dark. Thankfully, with Livestock Framing’s free touch-ups, my photo turned out crisp and colorful. Here are the three easy steps it takes to order:

  1. Upload a photo and indicate whether you want professional touch up.
  2. Choose from the four frame colors and six size options.
  3. Place your order!

Prices range from $75 for a 10×12” frame to $550 for a 40×50” frame. Having had professional framing done before at big-box stores, I found Livestock Framing to be quicker and just as high in quality. My one qualm is that the size options don’t include rectangular frames, which can be great for landscapes. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Livestock Framing for your destination wedding or honeymoon photos. They would also make beautiful, high-end gifts for loved ones.
