Kelly Castille met her fiancé Kody Workman in October 2017, while checking into a hostel where he was working as a bartender. The couple has been together ever since, having eventually quit their jobs to pursue a life of travel together. They are now the well-known travel blogger and photographer duo behind
Positravely.com and @Positravelty, where they share their amazing travel adventures, stories, and editing tutorials.

Kody had reportedly bought an engagement ring back in July, but was looking for the perfect moment to propose to Kelly. In October, the couple ventured on a 10-day tropical vacation in Negril, Jamaica where they stayed at the picture perfect Couples Swept Away, an all-inclusive adults-only resort. Kody knew this was the perfect romantic setting to propose to his girlfriend of three years. Before he popped the question, the blissfully unaware Kelly and anxious Kody, spent their time enjoying the many included experiences that the resort has to offer such as, fun pool and beach time, never-ending champagne serviceunforgettable sunsets, boating, diving and so much more

With the help of Couples Swept Away’s incredible staff, Kody arranged a short sailing trip into a stunning and secluded cave, but a storm on the rise soiled his plan and they were forced to sail back. Kody and the resort team were determined to achieve the proposal of Kelly’s dreams, so they arranged for another boat trip the next day. Once they got to the cave, Kody urged Kelly to jump in so they could get some cool shots on the seafloor. Kelly dove under and Kody followed, and right as she  looked up, he was there with the stunning 2-carat cushion cut ring in his hand. The stunned Kelly swam up to the surface yelling, “Is this for real?,” before embracing Kody and saying YES! The entire moment was flawlessly captured on camera and documented on their Instagram here. The couple describes the moment in their Instagram caption as, “this raw moment, this whirlwind of excitement and pure happiness is one that we will hold close to us forever,” and they go on to thank the resort for helping make the moment possible.

Couples Swept Away is beautifully located along Negril, Jamaica’s world-famous Seven Mile Beach featuring romantic and private accommodations with 312 Caribbean-style suites, all with spacious private verandas overlooking the pristine waters and beautiful gardens. As stated in its name, the resort is exclusively for couples, 18+, and with its unparalleled all-inclusive offerings, it’s one of the most coveted resorts for vacationing duos in the destination. Three swimming pools and five jacuzzis are scattered throughout the sophisticated property offering peaceful spaces to unwind alongside your significant other. R&R is also available at the full-service and award-winning Oasis Spa that offers a variety of couples treatments. Active couples seeking adventures in a romantic setting will enjoy unlimited access to water sports such as water skiing, PADI-certified scuba diving, kayaking, and reef snorkeling. Additionally, the resort is home to the island’s largest fitness complex and while lots of hotels have sports offerings, Couples Swept Away has expansive and professional-grade facilities including nine tennis courts offering unlimited professional tennis lessons so couples can learn a new skill or sharpen their moves on the court. Couples looking for a tropical destination wedding will love the varied wedding offerings the resort has to offer from elopement packages to more extravagant Sunset Weddings. There’s even a complimentary wedding package – One Love Wedding package, which is perfect for the most intimate affair (6 people or less), embodies and celebrates the carefree spirit of the island with an open-air ceremony under the Caribbean blue sky and beside sparkling blue waters.

Who knows, perhaps Kody and Kelly will return to tie the knot….
