Destination Wedding Photographers

Congratulations on your engagement!! We are Amber & Ian with Shoots the World, and we have been shooting destination weddings for the past decade. We are visual storytellers who love love…in all shapes and forms:) and are so inspired by beautiful humans and by the love stories that connect them. We only shoot destination weddings, and we rarely shoot at the same location twice. Unlike most wedding photographers, we don’t work with set packages or restricted hours. We want to document your whole experience. If you’re going on a hike with your family the day before your wedding, we’ll be there to shoot that. If you’re getting drinks with your friends at the pool the day after your wedding, we’ll be there for that, too:)

We want to document your wedding story in a beautiful way that truly depicts your love and relationships, not just with each other, but with the people who are so important to your love that you have invited them to travel to a destination to celebrate with you. We don’t just want these pictures to remind you of what your wedding weekend looked like…we want them to remind you of the way you felt. We want them to remind you of the love of the people who surrounded you. We want them to truly represent what love looks like for the two of you…because everyone’s love looks different.

We are excited to tell your wedding story, regardless of the setting. We’ll hop on a plane to spend a week with you anywhere in the world. Or if you’re planning a wedding in the states, we might just hop in Hazel Grace (our beautiful Volkswagen bus) and make a road trip out of it! Regardless of where we end up, we are always inspired by love, no matter the destination 🙂
