The Little River Inn is a Victorian mini-resort on the Mendocino Coast of California with over 75 years of wedding experience! Below is a list and description of the four new packages straight from the Little River Inn themselves.

Cliff Top at the Mallory House

A wedding at the Mallory House is a magical interlude that offers a signature Little River Inn experience – breathtaking scenery and locally sourced cuisine and more!

Exchange your vows above the crashing ocean and celebrate afterwards in a tent for 200. Take your first dance at sunset, surrounded by the love of your nearest and dearest and the sublime beauty of the Mendocino Coast.

For your additional catered event, choose a stylish champagne welcome reception on the beach, a casual BBQ on the Inn’s golf course, or a festive breakfast and bloody Mary buffet the next day. The Inn’s wedding planner will help you realize anything you can dream up. 

The Mallory Cliff Top Wedding Package includes:

• Ceremony space and tent
• Lodging at the Mallory House (4 nights for up to 8 people)
• Catered reception dinner, including tables, chairs, and traditional tableware
• Additional catered event of your choice
• Catering staff and cake-cutting service (you provide the cake)
• Wedding coordination assistance

Alcohol, Taxes and Service Charges are additional. Package for 100 starts at $24,000 May through June and during the month of October. Prices start at $28,000 July through September.

The Traditionalist

The Little River Inn’s pristine Abalone Room sits atop the south side of the property and offers sweeping views of the Pacific. It’s a delightful space to celebrate with up to 60 people inside or 120 with an added tent on the deck. Large French doors open onto an expansive lawn above the sea. The Abalone Room shares the hilltop with the twenty luxury guestrooms that are associated with this package.

The Traditional Wedding Package includes:

• The Abalone Room venue
• Catered reception dinner, including tables, chairs, and traditional tableware
• Catering staff and cake-cutting service (you provide the cake)
• Wedding coordination assistance

Alcohol, Taxes and Service Charges are additional. Indoor Package for 50 starts at $6,000, November through June. Prices start at $9,500 July through October. Tent Package for 80 starts at $11,500 November through June, with prices starting at $14,000 July through October.

Game Day!

Take advantage of the Inn’s regulation tennis courts and throw a party on the lawn. Guests can play badminton, corn hole or pickle ball, lounge around the fire pit, and feast at a catered BBQ buffet. Organized activities such as just-for-fun golf tournaments on the inn’s Audubon-certified course can be arranged for an additional cost. The twenty-eight guestrooms associated with this package overlook the dramatic cove at Van Damme State Beach.

The Game Day Wedding Package includes:

• Catered BBQ buffet, including tent, tables, chairs, and traditional tableware
• Catering staff and cake-cutting service (you provide the cake)
• Exclusive use of the Inn’s regulation tennis courts
• Wedding coordination assistance

Alcohol, Taxes and Service Charges are additional. Tent package for 80 starts at $11,500 November through June or $14,000 July through October.

The Elopement Package

For couples who want to focus on their love and skip the larger event, this practically all-inclusive interlude is about as romantic as it gets. Whether you choose to exchange your vows on a deck overlooking the ocean, in a ferny forest glade, or beneath a handmade wooden arch in the flower-filled Twin Court Gardens, the Inn’s professional planners know how to make your day unforgettable and all your own.

The Elopement Package includes:

• Sparkling wine or cider and memory glasses upon arrival
• A non-denominational officiant
• An hour with a professional local photographer for a personal photo shoot
• A bridal bouquet and boutonniere or a large floral arrangement for your room
• A small cake after the ceremony
• Dinner for two
• Breakfast in bed for two
• Up to five hours of consultation with our Wedding Coordinator

Alcohol, Taxes and Service Charges are additional. The package begins at $2,300 on weekdays and $2,500 on weekends. Up to 12 additional guests may be added, for a maximum celebration of 14 people. If you add a two night-stay in one of our Jacuzzi Ocean View Rooms, the package starts at $2,800.

From a tent on the bluff for 200, to a comprehensive elopement for $2,300, the Little River Inn has an event for every taste and budget.
