Chef’s Table: This spectacularly intimate food and wine experience features a six-course menu showcasing the executive chef’s inspiration, presented in a private dining room by him and his team. All courses are paired with wines specially selected from the resort’s extensive wine cellar.

Our class discovered the secrets of Chef Jasper’s incomparable gazpacho, then we practically licked our lunch plates clean.
