Best-selling Prosecco and Sparkling Wine brand in the U.S. has teamed up with lifestyle influencer Sarah Tucker to help elevate
- Give your guests a unique experience by providing an array of versatile ingredients for endless mixable opportunities, as well as specific recipes for those looking for more structure and creative inspiration.
- To elevate your Prosecco Bar, consider a cohesive color scheme throughout, including florals, linens, tableware, and other decors you may have around your house. Inspired by the perfect shade of blue on the La Marca Prosecco label, I added touches of blue throughout and filled my buffet with hydrangeas instead of a traditional floral centerpiece.
- To truly show off your hostess skills, consider some small bespoke details — it can make all the difference. For instance, in place of boring old tent cards, consider calligraphy to display your cocktail menu in a frame and label the carafes of mixers. Embroidered cocktail napkins, like these from Charleston Cotton, are a beautiful takeaway for the guests.
- For guests who need a little more direction, Sarah has created three cocktail recipes – the Blushing Bellini, English Garden, and Pink Lady – that incorporate La Marca Prosecco to make the occasion sparkle:
Blushing Bellini Recipe:
Pour 4-1/2 fluid ounces of chilled La Marca Prosecco into a chilled Champagne flute
Top with 1-1/2 fluid ounces of peach puree
Add in a slice or two of fresh peaches (use a mandolin to get just the perfect cut slice)
Stir and enjoy!
English Garden Recipe:
Pour 3 ounces of La Marca Prosecco into a chilled Champagne flute
Add two ounces of your favorite gin
Top with 1 ounce of Elderflower Liqueur
Squeeze in a little lime
Add a sprig of mint
Stir
(If you want to play up the notes of citrus, consider adding a slice of lime)
Pink Lady Recipe:
Pour one ounce of creme de cassis into a cocktail shaker
Add in a handful of blueberries
Add one squeeze of a quarter of a lemon
Shake, shake, shake, and then pour into a chilled Champagne flute
Top with three ounces of La Marca Prosecco and add in some blueberries for garnish
Enjoy!
