Located within the verdant gardens of the beloved Swan House, this wedding editorial encapsulates the essence of enduring grace and love. The Swan House, an iconic landmark in Atlanta recognized for its neoclassical design and captivating ambiance, provides the perfect backdrop for a truly enchanting celebration. Radiating grandeur and refined allure, this editorial invites you to immerse yourself in a realm where love and beauty harmonize seamlessly.
Wrennwood Design dreamt up a design centered around the serene ambiance of a Dutch tuin. Reflective of its meticulously groomed landscapes, intricate hedgerows, and lively blossoms, the Dutch tuin theme aimed to celebrate Swan House’s picturesque grounds and historic allure. Amberly Odom of Wrenwood Design, alongside the team of vendors, seamlessly intertwined timeless elements with a touch of whimsy, crafting an enchanting experience.
A romantic color palette of ivory, yellow, blush, pale gold, and hints of sage green set the tone for a gracefully luxurious atmosphere. Guided by these hues and the desired floral opulence, the floral team fashioned cascading arrangements featuring garden roses, peonies, and ranunculus, adorning both the ceremony backdrop and reception tables. Lush green accents further enhanced the natural splendor of Swan House, bringing to life the vision of a captivating garden affair.
Em Paper Co-designed exquisite paper goods and stationery, elevating the overall elegance by seamlessly integrating the floral theme into the design. This floral motif adorned the invitation suite, gifts placed at each setting, and even the custom bar motif, contributing to the luxurious ambiance of the event.
Covered in luxurious, textured linens provided by Nuage Linens, the tables acted as a backdrop for the creation of stunning table arrangements. Enhanced by gilded charger plates, contemporary cutlery, and delicate crystal glassware, the tables exuded a sense of refinement. The warm glow emitted by taper candles in ornate holders further heightened the romantic atmosphere.
One favorite design aspect was the choice of having the ceremony set against the backdrop of the fountain, a quintessential feature of a Dutch tuin. The fountain provided a serene and elegant backdrop, offering both visual and auditory pleasure with its gentle cascading water, creating a soothing ambiance for all.
The bride looked stunning in a Claire De Lune gown adorned with intricate floral embellishments and a graceful train. The delicate stitchwork and timeless silhouette harmonized perfectly with the elegance of Swan House. Completing her ensemble were accessories from Eden Luxe Bridal, Bella Belle shoes, and a bouquet of delicate blooms. The groom opted for a custom-tailored black tuxedo by The Modern Gent, paired with a crisp white shirt and a black bowtie, exuding a timeless and sophisticated charm.
All the details flowed together seamlessly thanks to The Editorial Experiences and Kismet Visuals & Co. captured it all to perfection.
